1995 - 1996 Schedule of Events

If you have paid our voluntary $5 dues and you attend at least 6 events this semester, you will be eligible for our $50 attendance prize!

Fall Semester 1995

• Fall Mass Meeting
  • What: Our first meeting of the year. Come to sign-up for the club, to meet us, learn what we are doing this year and because someone at this meeting will win a free large pizza to take home with them!

• Photographic Workshop
  • What: We have several plans for speakers and workshops - we just haven't worked out all the scheduling yet. We will know by the first meeting, though.

• Teaching the children
  • What: We will spend some time with the children at Boys' and Girls' of Bloomington, teaching them about photography

• Organizing Meeting
  • What: Just a short meeting to organize for the Fall Foliage Frolic - Figure out whose bringing the chips and who is bring the dip.
  • When: Thursday, September 28th, 7:30 p.m.

• Fall Foliage Frolic
  • What: We will head out to one of the local parks at the peak of the leaf color change. We will, of course, take cameras, but we will also lots of food and, if we can some of the children from the Boy's and Girl's Club. This is not purely a photographic event - please bring friends for just an overall good time.

• Guest Presentation
  • What: Professor Emeritus Ahlhauser will come speak about his career, his life and his work.
  • When: Thursday, October 26 , 7:30 p.m.

• Members' Choice
  • What: Democracy in action. This meeting will be whatever, you, our members, want it to be. We will vote on suggestions at an earlier meeting and you can decide what, or even if we are having a meeting. Also, Liana's 21st birthday!

  • Exhibition Opens Wednesday, November 29th
