Exposure Sign-up Form

Yes, you too can join Exposure! All you have to do is fill out this fun form. Make sure you include your name, phone # and full e-mail address. When you are finished, click on the Submit button or the Clear Form button to start over.

You will then be added to our member mailing list and kept informed of all the latest Exposure events and activities that will take your social, artistic and intellectual life to new heights. If your browser does not support forms, just send an email to exposure@ucs.indiana.edu and include your name, phone # and e-mail address.
