What's Happening at Exposure?

This page should give a good overview of what we are doing at our next meeting, during the semester and far into the future. If there is something you like, please come to that meeting. All our meetings are free and open to the public.

If you have looked at this page already you can go directly to our detailed schedule with dates, times and all the details.

What's Next?

Our first meeting of the year of course. This is the best time to join the club. We will explain what we will be doing this fall and it is a great time to ask questions and make suggestions while there is still time to act on them. The meeting will be held on Thursday, September 7th at 7:15 in the Collins LLC Basement Classroom . One lucky person at this meeting will win a free large pizza to take home with them, so bring your appetite.

What about the rest of the semester?

Well, don't think we'd leave you with nothing to do all fall. We are busy planning our speaker and workshop series, our Fall Foliage Frolic in the park, our visit to the Boys' and Girls' Club to teach the next generation of photographers and much much more.

Take a more detailed look at our schedule and then come join us.

What's News?

During the year, we send out lavish (well, kindof) electronic newsletters to our members, letting know them know what exciting new things we are doing. Once we start doing that we will place the letters here so, if you say, delete our masterpieces, you can always get another look.

If you want to take the next step, click here to sign-up, become a member and receive these newsletter right in your mailbox!

Ongoing Projects

These are our long-term projects do not fit in on a certain date.

1st Annual Charity Auction/Exhibition: Win fabulous prizes (we're not kidding), have your pictures displayed in the Union, watch people spend real money for your photos and, best of all, you can feel good because all money from the auction is going straight to the Boys' and Girls' Club of Bloomington. Follow the link to find out more.

The Attendance $50 Challenge: As we've mentioned before, we do not require attendance or dues, because as far as we can tell, noone in any club in the history of mankind has ever enjoyed either, so we have no intention of harassing you like that.

However! If you contribute $5 to the club, you will be recognized as an Exposure Angel . Additionally, if you also attend 6 events this semester, you could win $50 to take and spend however you like!!! (We shall choose among the winners with a drawing or some other game of luck.)

Future Projects

Looking far into the future, these are some projects or events we might eventually take on.

Day in the Life of Bloomington: They did China, they did England, Bloomington's turn is be coming soon and Exposure wants to bring it to you first.

We'll add more of our brainstrokes as they hit us. If you have a great idea go to our exposure@indiana.edu or use our anonymous comment box.
